Before joining the funeral industry, I served as a director at a non-profit organization that aimed to provide support to children in foster care. The values of empathy and encouragement that were ingrained in me during my time at the organization seamlessly transferred into m+y work as a funeral director. Our collective drive to make a positive impact on the lives of grieving families who visited our establishment was the biggest source of motivation for my colleagues and me. 


When we established Ethos, our primary concern was that the authenticity and significance of our work would be diluted due to the company's online nature. To prevent this from happening, we made a promise that every family who availed of our services would receive direct communication from one of us, either in person or over the phone. We are committed to providing the convenience and simplicity of online services while maintaining a personal touch that sets us apart.
